Slowly you are beginning to see the newest Chesapeake Bay
license plate in Maryland. Since 2003, we've seen the familiar
plate with Claudia the crab and Wade the Blue Heron designed by
Annapolis designer Joe Barsin.
Now there's a new plate in town designed by Tina Cardosi and TM
Design from Frederick.
After getting our own plates, we spoke with Tina about the process
and how they came up with the idea, and how it made it's way to my
rear bumper. And then, we spoke with Dr. Jana Davis from the
Chesapeake Bay Trust to learn about the other side--how much it
means to the Trust, what it actually pays for, why a new design was
wanted, and what lies ahead!
Have a listen and then get in touch with the MVA and get your plate!
