BUTTERFLY KISSES
Found footage and urban legend come together in chilling fashion to spin this unsettling tale shot on location in Ellicott City, Maryland. When film students decide to capture the “Peeping Tom” ghost on camera, it creates devastating consequences in their lives as they try to prove the ghost is real and not just a special effect they made up. Blurring the line of reality and fiction, this supernatural thriller includes cameos by Eduardo Sánchez, director of The Blair Witch Project, and Matt Lake, author of Weird Maryland: Guide to Maryland’s Local Legends and Best Kept Secrets.

Erik Kristopher Myers about his second feature film, Butterfly
Kisses. Erik is local to Maryland the setting is right here in
Ellicott City as he tackles an urban legend from a different angle.
We talk about his interest in filmmaking, his preference in spices
for crabs, and why we never got a chance to see this film last
year!
This is an intriguing movie for me and I have checked it off on my
list of must see movies.
