Earlier this year, former candidate for Alderman and community
activist DaJuan Gay was stopped by the Annapolis City Police for
running a stop sign. After a simple stop became an extended stop,
Gay claims he became concerned and called an attorney. Is this a
routine traffic stop? Or a case of DWB--Driving While Black? Here's
DaJuan's side of the story. And next week, we will speak to the
Annapolis City Police Department.
